The tunner peg is locked in place solely by friction, allowing you to precisely adjust its size to fit snugly within the hole. To ensure a secure fit, I designed it at 12.5cm wide when printed. To use this peg effectively, follow these simple steps: I printed the model on my MakerBot2 using standard quality settings and a 50% fill rate. While this might have been overkill, I built them sturdy enough to withstand hammering in with pliers and then adjusting until I achieved the perfect note.
