An unfinished friction knife design featuring a D2 blade can be crafted using a belt sander and ample time. The scales are crafted from 1/8" phenolic material, while the spacer is made of 3/32" phenolic. Liners are constructed from 1/64" stainless steel, pins from 1/8" x 5/16" dowels, and the bushings have a dimension of 1/8" ID x 1/4" OD x 3/32" thickness. Enjoy assembling without risking injury.
