Fretsaw

Fretsaw

grabcad

A fret saw from my tool box, featuring interchangeable saw blades for precise woodworking tasks. The model closely resembles the actual product and includes all necessary components. A wooden ball at the end of the saw bow protects your hand from cuts. Threads (M5) are accurately modeled but lack head and flank clearance. The saw frame is made of bent flat steel, and tension can be adjusted by turning a wing nut. The handle is cast zinc alloy with a grained finish. The saw blade measures 130mm in length and 0.5mm in thickness. The model is available in STEP file format (.stp) for the complete assembly, as well as native files (.prt) and (.asm) in a zipped folder, compatible with PTC Creo Parametric 2.0.
