This thesis project is for UNIARP's Bachelor of Control and Automation Engineering. It presents a CNC milling machine for aluminum, wood, and general plastic material processing. The structure features metal sheets and tubes, supporting NEMA 23 step motors that drive trapezoidal lead screws to move the Dremel 300 micro-router. The Toshiba TB6560 board controls motor pulses in conjunction with MACH3 software. Finally, a SolidWorks stress simulation is conducted.
