A tool for training Frenzel. Place the balloon over one end and the other end into your nostrils. Hold your nose shut tight and try to do Frenzel. If you succeed, the balloon will start moving. If you're not sure if you're using air from your lungs, blow out all your breath first. The ends of the balloon are a bit different in size and fit comfortably around various sizes of nostrils.
