This model, measuring 140cm x 95cm x 75cm (54" x 35" x 29.5"), was meticulously designed in Maya to exact real-world dimensions and rendered with Vray for lifelike visuals. The polycount is optimized for crowded scenes, but can be increased for closer shots. An advanced material setup with a physical approach utilizes high-resolution textures combined with procedurals to achieve maximum realism in even the tightest closeups. Fingerprints, scratches, and dirt effects are easily adjustable within layered texture inputs of the main shader. A Subsurface Scattering (SSS) material is also applied to the marble tabletop for added authenticity. The model comes in FBX/OBJ format with 4k high-resolution textures for diffuse, reflection, glossiness and bump mapping. Materials are named meaningfully for easy recreation, while parts and textures come with proper unwrapped UVs.
