"French Horn" Filament Cooler for heavy bridging

This is a custom designed filament cooler for my Geeetech I3 B Pro printer. With minor modifications, it can be adapted to fit other printers. Feel free to remix and improve. The design consists of three main components: 1. The cooler support attaches the cooler to the extruder. 2. The pipe adapter connects to the nozzle pipe. 3. The nozzle pipe is where the filament passes through. You can use the included nozzle pipe, but I recommend creating one from aluminum for better performance. To do this, follow these steps: Gather the necessary materials: * Cooler Blower Turbo Fan DC 12V Fan with 50x50x15mm dimensions * 3x M3 bolts, approximately 5mm long * 1x M3 bolt, 25mm long * 1x M3 nut Watch this video to see the cooler in action: https://youtu.be/JrjaLDI71sg UPDATE 1: This cooler was primarily designed for printing bridges. For standard objects, disable cooling or move the aluminum pipe away from the nozzle. Alternatively, enable cooling and remove the pipe entirely to allow air to flow freely. Print Settings: * Printer: Geeetech I3 Pro B * Rafts: Doesn't Matter * Supports: Doesn't Matter * Resolution: 0.2 mm * Infill: 20% Post-Printing Instructions: 1. Cut a section of aluminum pipe, approximately 4-5 cm long and 8mm x 1mm in diameter. 2. Leave one side of the pipe intact; flatten the other side slightly and file it to match the nozzle's curvature, as shown in the image below. 3. Position the pipe close to the nozzle, ensuring the air blows directly at the filament exit point. 4. If the pipe becomes dislodged, secure it with an extra bolt. To access the nozzle from the front, rotate the nozzle head slightly.
