French Door Astragal and bolt
thingiverse
After 13+ years of having a broken astragal bolt in my french door, I finally pulled the door apart and found the part number and patent number. I searched for the part only to see it discontinued and unavailable. So I used my existing part and dimensions from the site https://www.allaboutdoors.com/Astragal-Flush-Bolt-Lexan-Plastic-Discontinued to create my own replacement part. Part: W-1123 Printed with AnyCubic Kobra V2 increases the thin top legs due to print issues with how thin they were. These legs don't appear to serve any real purpose within the door. Likely just to help guide the part into the metal channel a bit easier due to their slightly curved ends on the original part.
