French D520 Fighter Aircraft Free 3D print model

The model you see here is of a 1/900th scale Dewoitine D.520 fighter. Several elements have not been brought up to scale. This fighter was quite capable for its time, entering service in 1940. Unfortunately, it lagged behind its primary competitor, the BF 109, when it came to speed. However, its maneuverability made up for this weakness significantly. Even after the French surrender, the D.520 continued serving with both Vichy and Free French air forces. This model is carefully designed and tested at a specific scale of 1/900th, but making it larger or smaller is an option if needed. As the design was optimized specifically for 1/900th scale, enlarging or shrinking the model would likely cause a lack of detail due to pixelation or excessive resolution reduction. In an effort to enhance printing quality and details' visibility, I have scaled up the z axis for better definition and clearer views. The wingspan's proportion and total length's dimensions remain in line with actual proportions as per scale. Some additional reinforcement through thicker model elements is also visible throughout.
