The MAS Model 36 is a military bolt-action rifle produced by Manufacture d'Armes de Saint-Étienne (MAS), a French government-owned arms manufacturer. Due to late production initiation in 1937, there was an insufficient number of MAS-36 rifles for French infantry during the outbreak of World War II in September 1939. However, mass production increased post-WWII, and these rifles saw service in the First Indochina War, the Algerian War, and the Suez Crisis. This model represents a MAS MLE 1936 and has been crafted using Blender 2.79 for modeling, Substance Painter 2 for texturing, and Marmoset Toolbag 3 for rendering. With game-ready features, it boasts only 5,738 faces or 10,028 tris, making it suitable for various engines like Unreal Engine 4, Unity, and CryEngine. All textures are in 4k resolution, with two materials provided. The low poly model, high poly model, and blend file are included for further modifications. Upon request, the original Substance Painter (SP) file can be provided for additional texturing or exporting to alternative formats. If you appreciate this work, please leave a rating.
