Freightliner M2 106 Base Chassis. Model Created and Rendered with 3ds Max 8. The 3ds Max 8 model includes an applied Meshsmooth feature. You can easily reduce or increase the polycount and modify the mesh as required. Three .3ds files are exported in two different options: one with Meshsmooth applied, and another without it. The 3ds Max 8 file includes a scene for the Vray renderer (Vray materials, cameras, and lights used) and a second scene for standard 3ds Max 8 rendering using Mental Ray (no additional plugin is needed). Each scene comes with a turntable animation. Files without scenes and animations are prepared for each renderer and centered to world coordinates (0,0,0), also included in the package. The 3ds Max 8 Vray scene was created with Vray 15 RC3. For newer versions of Vray and 3ds Max 8, do not update lights and cameras if you want to achieve the same rendering results as shown on the thumbnails. There are no N-gons in the mesh; it consists of 88% quads. Real-world scale dimensions are included. The texture is available in three resolutions: 1500x280, 22000x1384, and 11000x692. Turntable rendering was made with Mental Ray in a medium-quality setup.
