The initial step was scanning the genuine dashboard of a 2015 Freightliner Cascadia using a 3D Systems Sense Scanner. Subsequently, all mesh files were merged and refined using Autodesk Alias by sculpting main surfaces. Further, minute details like buttons and numerals were intricately added. The final product is an incredibly accurate dashboard (95%).
