The shelves in our freezer are slightly too short, causing them to protrude from their sockets on the sides. We've confirmed they're properly aligned and not installed backwards. These shelves replace standard flush-mounted sockets that run along the side of the freezer and extend outward to prevent accidental dislodgement when bumped.
