Freezer Basket Tag Generator

I wanted to make name tags for freezer baskets. They needed to be able to have raised text for 2 color printing - and no support. The only way I could think of to meet both conditions was to print it in 2 pieces - the tag and the attachment mechanism. Print the tag flat and the holder on its side, then slide them together. This is an OpenSCAD generator. It is completely parametric. The dimensions of the tag and label are straight forward. The holder (or hook) has two dimensions that you need to consider carefully - and probably do some test printing to get right. The "Tolerance" value is critical to a good snug fit of tag in holder. It very much depends on how well dialed in your printing is. A very good setup would allow the tolerance to be the layer height (i.e. printing at 0.20 = .2 tolerance). If your squish (live Z) is a little off, you may need slightly more tolerance. Also, elephant foot on the tag may be a factor.{Tech note: the tag has no adjustment, the holder adds 1/2 the tolerance value above and 1/2 below to the slide opening for the tag.}The "HookOpening" setting is to get a good fit onto the basket. Again, this may take a trial print or two. The baskets I saw had very thin walls - all less then 1mm.You need to select what STL you want to generate; then render each separately. The Both option is only for visualization - trying to render both together will give you one solid thing. Also, this may be very obvious to some, but the tag height and thickness are used by the hook as well, so changing either will need a new hook to match.
