Our ventilator design boasts an innovative 3D printed outer casing engineered for swift and effortless assembly with snap connections that make it a breeze to put together. The internal framework, comprising bag valve towers and motors, is manufactured and printed separately from the casing but can be effortlessly mounted and secured inside the case using simple bolts. To safeguard delicate electrical components, we've designed a dedicated chamber that isolates them from the rest of the device, ensuring optimal protection against damage or malfunction. Every component of the ventilator's casing can be conveniently produced by commercial 3D printers with the sole exception of a larger central steel plate. Our cutting-edge ventilator is masterminded by an Arduino ESP8266, which receives critical input data from pressure, oxygen, flow rate, and CO2 sensors, allowing it to make precise adjustments in real-time to guarantee optimal performance and patient care.
