Replacement Door for the Nosewheel Well. The hinges and horn are separately printed so the door can lie flat on the inside surface while printing, thereby avoiding supports altogether. Print the small parts solid for added strength, but use 10% infill on the main part of the door to minimize weight. This box-girder construction replaces stiffening ribs, resulting in a weight penalty of just one gram.
