Minimalistic Freetrack / TrackIR LED Clip with glasses mount. Fits any glasses temple. Left and right sides models. ##### My setup: 1. 3 x 5 mm IR transmitting LED 3. Power supply voltage: 5 V 4. LED voltage drop: 1.3 V 5. LED current: 50 mA 6. 22 Ohm resistor ##### Assembly guide: 1. Print a model 2. Do some calculations. Using [this LED array calculator](https://ledcalculator.net) I found that my setup requires a 22 Ohm resistor 3. Solder everything according to the calculator's scheme 5. Increase the infrared beam angle by filing each LED lens almost to the metal part. I used Dremel and 400-grade sandpaper for the matte finish 7. Set LEDs into places. No glue is required. But you may use a drop of hot glue for each LED 9. Attach the clip to the glasses with cable ties. I also used a heat shrink tube underlay to prevent scratches 10. Set the model dimensions in your head tracking software as in the last photo 11. All done!
