Freestanding filament spool roller V2

This is a remix of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1070481 REQUIRED, 4 x 608ZZ type bearings I made a few changes. First, I added legs for free standing use. I also made some visual design updates and changed the rollers. The rollers now have a 5mm seat for the bearings so they won't go too far in. The bearings fit snugly onto the posts and the rollers are a tight fit on to the bearings. A little sandpaper helped everything slide into place but still maintained the desired fit (I didn't want it falling apart with a larger/heavier roll on it).
