FreemoN Module Frame

FreemoN Module Frame

thingiverse

This is a flexible FreemoN module frame, the width will be 304.8mm or 12" you then need to print at least 4 side frame terminals and then you can add a combination of male to female and male to male side sections. The male2male is supposed to go in the centre of a module side and includes a cut out for a cross member. I suggest you print the end as 50% minimum infill so that the clamps do not destroy your module. The sides can be 10% infil. This is designed for 25mm foam top and a styrene fascia, large styrene sheets are available from sign makers and online. I will be adding a file for a side section with a male2female with a section for a cross section to allow for longer modules. I suggest you use a product like 3d Gloop to glue this together. This was printed on a Ender-3 with the end printed at 45 degrees across the bed.
