Description

This is a smartphone stand with a unique mechanism inspired by car clutch. It can be adjusted in any angle easily, and it stays there. It is sturdy enough to hold most smartphones and even the smaller tablets. The stand has a built in hardstop. It is as thin as it can be with the braking mechanism inside.

If you like my design, and decide to buy me a coffe, I appreciate that :) My PayPal is peter.lancz@azet.sk

Non printable parts:

I tried to design the stand to be fully 3D printable, but I could not design a functional spring.
So you will need one spring from a 3D printer bed. I used from an Ender 3, but you can go with anything you find laying around. The min and max dimensions you can see in the PDF or in the pictures.

Printing instructions:

All parts are printable without supports, as you drop them to the slicer.
Use 0.4 mm nozzle or smaller. For the RH and LH part use 4 perimeters or more. For the other parts it is not relevant.

Assembly:

See the assembly manual in the attached PDF, or the pictures.
