Freeform Satellite Sculpture - sAttiny 2.0 Jigs

thingiverse

I am sharing the jigs that I use to create a satellite sculpture similar to (and inspired by) the one created by the great Mohit Bhoite(https://www.bhoite.com/). The guts of this satellite are the same used in my previous iteration of the sAttiny ( http://rsflightronics.com/free-form-electronic-sculpture-sattiny) Further information can be found in the main post: http://rsflightronics.com/freeform-satellite-sculpture-sattiny2_0 The sAttiny2_0_Panel_Body_Guide.pdf provides a 1:1 scaled guide for the body that allocates the four solar cells. A few words about the jigs: RSF_sAttiny_2_Wire_Jigs: Has the three main lengths of wire needed for the project. RSF_sAttiny_2_Jig_Sides: Used as a guide for the 4 sides that are going to hold the solar panels. RSF_sAttiny_2_ Jig Square: Used to create the three squares. RSF_sAttiny_2_ Jig_Side support: Comes in handy when soldering the central square to the sides as support. RSF_sAttiny_2_Jig_Panels: This jig helps to get the frame in place with the right position so the solar cells can be soldered easily. RSF_sAttiny_2_Jig_Body_1: Provides the required support to solder the first part of the main body. RSF_sAttiny_2_Jig Body_2: provides support for soldering the bottom side of the main body More information will be posted in my blog: http://rsflightronics.com/
