This is a simplified adaptation of Litwan's Bed Slider modification for Makerslide, used in his FreeDeePee 3D printer. I altered the inner diameter (11.8mm) to fit a standard 6mm flat washer (6.5x11.8x1.5mm from HomeDepot), replacing the original design's hard-to-find (7x11x2mm) flat washer. To assemble, print the part, drill the ID of the M6 flat washer to 0.281 inches (drill size K) for a 7mm cam for V wheel, and press the washer into the part as shown in the photo.
