A car using acrylic for its body and chassis is analysed using FreeCAD 0.19 FEM in windows.With a dimensiion of 4.5 m x 1.7 m x 1.3 m and thickness of 5 mm, consisting of 2 hollow bars for the body and chassis.The results show that it has no problem having an external load of 4000 kg, and internal load of 1000 kg, typical of a car.Cut method is the fastest and easiest to model the body and base chassis. The front and rear faces are deliberately left open to show stresses when doors are open. It also confirms that the model is properly made.
