Free standing pipette rack

This design serves to work as a free-standing rack for 4X standard pipettes, for situations where hanging or sticking a rack on is not feasible (perhaps inside a biosafety cabinet). This was also designed to be printable as a single unit which fits within the 20x20x20 cm build volume of many low end commercial printers (e.g. like the Anycubic i3 Mega I printed these on). As some pipettes are longer than 20 cm I added the mid-way bar to rest them at an angle. It works with a variety of pipettes, especially newer Gilson and Eppendorf models. Older Gilsons (which lack the curved hook part at the top) don't hang on as well, and have to be sat up further on the rack. Note that the actual pipette-holding section is a modified version of [the Derisi lab single pipette rack](http://derisilab.ucsf.edu/index.php?3D=92).
