Free-hanging soap dish for the toilet room

<p><strong>Soap dishes.</strong></p><p>I thought everyone used liquid hand soap and shower gel to wash themselves but not solid bars of soap.<br>Until I realized that I also use a bar of soap in the toilet room.<br>I based my design on that and looked less at the assignment of the soap dish competition because aesthetic is something very personal and dependent on many factors.<br>I nevertheless made an attempt to make my design for a wide audience and therefore opted for a general hexagonal shape.<br>Because the sink in a toilet room are usually small and the soaps are adapted to them, I also designed my design for that.<br>Due to the limited space in a toilet room, the sink often hang in a corner, but of course also on a straight wall.<br>For both collection options I have made an attachment to which the soap dish can be mounted blindly.</p><p>4 screw holes have been made in the wall plate so that there is always the possibility to fix the plate if desired by drilling in the joints of the tile wall. Not all screw holes need to be used for a firm fixation.</p><p>Mount the soap dish to the cover plate by means of a M6 collar screw, 10 mm long as shown in the photos or as I did myself with a sawn-off button head bolt.<br>Then attach the wall plate to the wall and slide the soap dish from above over the wall plate.<br>Place the drip grid with the concave side up in the soap dish and put a nice little toilet soap on it.</p><p>Requirements: 2 plugs and 2 wood screws M4 for fixing the wall plate to the wall.<br>1 M6 10mm collar screw or replacement bolt.<br>1 toilet soap with a maximum diameter of 5.5 cm.</p><p>PLA is sufficient, but because of use in a wet room it is wise to choose PETG.<br>Nozzle 0.4<br>Layer thickness 0.2<br>Infill 20%<br>Support only needed at the cover plate<br>Because the top of the cover plate has a slope of 3%, I chose to iron the top layer myself, but that is not necessary.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
