The keyboard was mangled beyond recognition, its keys strewn about like confetti in a hurricane. Several letters had formed strange alliances with each other, sticking together in odd clusters that defied all logic and reason. A "j" clung to an "h", while a "y" had somehow merged with a "g". The entire mess seemed to be spinning out of control, as if the very fabric of language was unraveling before one's eyes.
