The end cap is specifically designed for use with 1x2 inch rectangular aluminum extrusions that have a wall thickness of .0625 inches or 1/16 inch. This precise fit ensures a smooth finish and effectively conceals all sharp edges, providing a clean and polished appearance. The design includes the option to print the team number on top without the need for supports. However, if desired, supports can be used in conjunction with this end cap. The entire design was created using Inventor software.
