The Boyne City Blaze's 2017 robot was designed by FRC Team 4377! Not a single component was produced through 3D printing, but I'm incredibly proud of the finished model and wanted to share my creation with everyone! I spent countless hours modeling this robot from scratch using Inventor, with only one or two parts provided by my talented teammate. To add some extra details, I also pulled in models from the Andymark website. Due to its massive size, I had to post the model as an OBJ file instead of an STL. Don't even think about trying to 3D print this beauty – it's simply not feasible! It took a staggering six weeks of non-stop work, with at least five hours of dedicated modeling every single day for seven days straight, all while juggling my other leadership roles on the team. And now that I've accomplished this incredible feat, I'm already looking forward to designing next year's robot once it's built!
