Inspired by FRC teams 1086 and 3506, the custom-designed gearbox boasts a gear ratio of 10.04:1, with the driven gear leading the way. A comprehensive list of gears includes: * 14-tooth gears in pairs, totaling six units * 75-tooth gears in sets of four * 40-tooth gears in pairs, making up two complete sets Wheels of varying types and configurations round out this impressive system: * Six-inch diameter wheels featuring a unique plaction design, used in dual configurations for maximum traction * Four Omni wheels of the same size, providing versatility and adaptability on uneven terrain * Twelve units of the versatile versa block v2, ready to tackle any challenge To support this intricate mechanism, high-quality bearings are employed: * Thunderhex bearing units with an outer diameter of 13.75 inches, used in sets of twelve for maximum stability Powering this complex system are three Minicim motors, engineered for optimal performance and efficiency. The rectangular profile of the gearbox measures 40 inches by 30 inches by 3 inches, providing ample space for the intricate gearwork and motor systems. Eight sprockets with a tooth count of 16 each are connected via #25 chain units, ensuring smooth and reliable operation.
