I fabricated this 15mm spacer for the majority of wheels utilized in FIRST robotics that my FRC team (3840) employed last season. Fifteen millimeters represents the width of the kup belts as of two thousand fourteen, which is necessary to compensate for the wheel-mounted pulleys so the belts can proceed straight from the wheels to a dual pulley on a gearbox. I'm uploading it here in accordance with rule #13D so we can utilize these again.
