Version 2 of the Frax3D automatic ventilator for Ambu or Jackson Rees system is now available, specifically designed to address the COVID-19 problem. This version can be quickly manufactured using a 3D printer or laser cutter, with only V3-3 and V3-7 parts requiring printing. The production cost is remarkably low, under 100€, and offers precise control over vital parameters such as breaths per minute, inspiration-to-expiration ratio, and tidal volume. With this updated model, doctors can rapidly access the Ambu bag if manual ventilation is needed due to a patient's deteriorating condition. The programming aspect of the ventilator is currently being fine-tuned; any assistance in this area would be greatly appreciated.
