Enjoy a delightful pet turtle as your loyal companion; this model's second version enables it to perch on a pencil. Crafted using Tinkercad, it's an upgraded replica of my first turtle design, now larger due to Makerbot's enhanced slicing technology. Known for its durability, the turtle can withstand minor falls but not all, especially its feet - eyes are more stable. An ideal test for assessing a printer's slicing and printing capabilities or as a "hello world" turtle version. Print requires supports; choose PLA plastic in any color you prefer. To use the pencil topper function, place the pencil between its feet, facing the head. For thicker pens, utilize the other side. The secondary model fits standard pencils and may be a bit loose, but it works. If you have larger pencils, scale up the turtle design for a perfect fit. Be cautious of drops to maintain its sturdiness.
