Small sandstone block, discovered on High Moor, south of Newsham, North Yorkshire, within a cairn near Frankinshaw Well. Among three carvings found inside this probable prehistoric cairn on Frankinshaw, this stone stands out as first recorded by Tim Laurie in his publication 'Prehistoric Rock Art of County Durham, Swaledale and Wensleydale'. Since it lies outside County Durham, the stone was not included in NADRAP's data submission to ADS for ERA. Several cups of different sizes and depths are visible on the block, accompanied by two elongated grooves created through pecking. A 3D model was generated from five stereo pairs captured by Team 5 during NADRAP's recording session in April 2006. The images belong to the full NADRAP archive stored with Historic England.
