Frankenstein BLTouch / 3D Touch Holder
thingiverse
Hi guys, Here's my simple Holder for the BLTouch from Antclabs, Geetech and TriangleLab. It might fit other manufacturers too; just check the Datasheet. This Holder is mounted between the 30mm Fan and the E3D Holder (Part 6 from Frankenstein). That allows the Sensor and Nozzle to be always in the same height. Designed for: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1692794 ------- Update ------- 13.08.2017 - New proper File Names for making the right decision. - Holder for Antclabs BLTouch and Geetech Sensor (BLTOUCH_Geetech.stl) - Holder for TriangleLab (Trianglelab_Touch.stl) 27.07.2017 - The Sensor is moved 3mm closer to the Nozzle (Y Axis). - The Bottom of the Sensor Holder is moved 0.4mm closer to the Bottom (Z Axis), so that both Antclabs and Geetech Sensors fit with the Same Holder. - Increased Strength for better reliability. - Added a Hole for leading the Cable through the Holder. ------- Firmware Settings ------- // Probe Offset #define X_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER 0 #define Y_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER -53 #define Z_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER 0 // Set the boundaries for probing (where the probe can reach). #define LEFT_PROBE_BED_POSITION 24 #define RIGHT_PROBE_BED_POSITION 210 #define BACK_PROBE_BED_POSITION 164 #define FRONT_PROBE_BED_POSITION 14 I'd appreciate it if you could post a "made" one.
