Frankenmug (note: accepting new name suggestions) is a testament to tenacity and a metaphor for putting pieces back together after everything has fallen apart.  While also providing a caffeine kick.This travel mug was a 'just-right' gift and has been with me for years through many countless meetings, meanderings, and misplacings, not to mention its fair share of being dropped. But Frankenmug is a champ.  It took an accidental kick down concrete steps to fell it.  Even then, the pieces were big enough that I knew I could rebuild it, and got to learn how well contact cement works with ceramic.That was not Frankenmug's only great fall.  The second time was not any more destructive but resulted in a missing piece.  Not to worry; I also learned how well mortar can work with ceramic.Reassembled, Frankenmug is just as strong and as effective as before, even still insulated.  And more charming.  It's so endeared to me I made a sleeve for it out of small rope.  It's not the gilded look of Kintsugi, but this mug is a constant reminder that being broken is not the end.   Zip file is on WeTransfer, has source photos, renders, and obj model:https://we.tl/t-tEg6z1OZlF
