Framebuilding Tube Blocks

Tube blocks of various common SAE/Metric tube sizes. Used to hold round tubes in a vise for hand filing/machining to your bicycle design. I use these to hold common bike tube sizes from Nova Cycles Supply and straight gauge 4130 tubing from Aircraft Spruce. I recommend printing two per size and attaching one to the center of a tube so you always have a reference to top/bottom. See the pictures Blocks included: 5/8" - 15.9 mm 3/4" - 19 mm 1" - 25.4 mm 1 1/8" - 28.6 mm 1 1/4" - 31.8 mm 1 3/8" - 35 mm 1 1/2" - 38.1 mm Block dimensions for up to 1" is 2" x 2" x 2". Anything larger is 2.25" x 2.25" x 2". Block are held together with 2 M5 x 40mm bolts each. Might require reaming/tap chasing depending on your print settings.
