The 5-resistance wire frame is designed for hot beds in Mendel Prusa machines. This upgraded version fits better with Reprap setups. The wires are mounted between two frames indirectly, using ceramic beads for support. Each frame is attached to a wooden plate via 2 bolts and connected to guide bars by bearings. Adding reflective material under the wires can speed up heating time but may risk breaking your glass, as demonstrated in provided pictures.
