I'm crafting picture frames, and I've hit a snag - I've run out of corner clamps. What's even more frustrating is that my local DIY store is currently sold out as well. So, I came up with a simple design that I could print instead. In my expert opinion, these corner clamps work amazingly well. Just print four of them and use a rubber band to hold the frame together. I designed them quite large so they provide plenty of support, making it easy to get the angle just right. Plus, with the groove under the miter joint, there's no chance you'll glue the frame to the corner clamp. This design will support up to about 50mm wide frames, but it should be easy to scale if you need something else. I made the edge of the corner 15mm high. The frames I'm building are 21mm high, so I have plenty of space to attach a glue clamp. Print Settings: * Supports: No * Resolution: 250um * Infill: 50% * Notes: I printed with quite high infill and 4 perimeter shells in the hope of making it really sturdy.
