Frame filament sensor housing

Frame filament sensor housing

thingiverse

This is my debut share on Thingiverse! I've tweaked xxFRESHxx's filament sensor to suit those who mount their spool atop the frame, making it super convenient for direct extruder owners like myself, sporting a Titan (Aero) setup. The modification took just five minutes, involving simple cuts to the side flaps of the original design and drilling two M4 holes to secure it with T-nuts directly below the spool on the frame. Full credit goes to FRESH - I've barely done anything, haha! I've printed this just now, so unfortunately, no pictures are available yet. When cutting the flaps, I ended up with 25mm instead of the intended 20mm, matching the frame's size, but it still looks decent. The T-nut screws are positioned at the center of the structure, resulting in a perfectly centered fit, about 2.5mm from both the top and bottom.
