Frame Extender for Z-Axis Support (Made for SV03)- NO ADDITIONAL HARDWARE REQUIRED!

Hello All! I originally purchased a CR10 support kit(Due to a lack of a similar kit for the SV03) for around 25 dollars on Amazon to improve the stability of the SV03's large frame. While it was a good kit, it was not equipped to handle the odd dimensions of the SV03! The SV03 utilizes a side-mounted gantry to allow for an extra large bed, which while great causes these off-the-shelf kits to interfere with the x-axis range at heights greater than 280-300mm. That just wasn't going to do! I set out to design a bracket that would require zero additional hardware to improve the range of the x-axis. After a few iterations, I settled on this design! It utilizes a high tolerance outline of the V-Slot aluminum to securely slide into the v-slot rail and allow the x carriage to move freely at heights up to 390mm! I decided to post this to Cults3D to anyone else that may have encountered this issue, or who can utilize this for other purposes. Keep in mind that with these installed your ABSOLUTE maximum Z height is 390mm, not the full 400mm. I would recommend you factor in a small buffer and print up to 385mm. Just make sure you test the z height for yourself before printing anything tall! This is designed to fit very snugly in the V-Slot, you may have to force it a bit. If it is excessively difficult, Check your printer tolerances. Your printer needs to be very fine-tuned to get the level of accuracy needed for this to work.
