I often damage my Leader3s in the parking garage and the concrete surface is rough on the frame corners so I designed this to prevent fraying of the carbon fiber frame. If printed with TPU, you may want to set 100% infill as I try to keep the part volume (and mass) as small as possible. If printed with anything but TPU clip off the little tabs on the back around the arm for easier fitment. Optionally use tape to secure down the arm-end. There's a tab on the tip end to clip onto the frame end. I'm still waiting to crash-test to see if TPU or PETG provide better protection. Should fit button-head and socket-head motor bolts with no problem. Tested to fit with superman 1404 motors and Fullspeed 1106C1 and 1106C2 motors. Basically any motor (closed or naked bottom) with mounting base as a "+" shape not full circle should fit. I'm still learning about designing parts, so I used the multi-point curve tool instead of the circle tool, which means the circular wall is not really circular. You may want to print 2 out of 4 as mirror-image for cosmetic reason but in reality the asymmetry is not really that noticeable. UPDATE: After a few crash tests, I decided TPU is the best material to hold up. Thus I added v6 of the bumper which extends the coverage over the arm and also added lip all around the top for better grip. The STL is for the left-rear or right-front. To print right-rear and left-front, do a mirror-image flip with the slicer.
