While searching for an ideal heatsink and nozzle cooling solution that would still allow the fitment of a BLTouch on my FT-5, I stumbled upon several great ideas. Combining them all was the main challenge... What you see here is a combination/collaboration of 3 outstanding designs which can be checked out in the remix section to the side. We have a modular solution that features a main body which cools the heatsink, a removable front-mount 45 degree Prusa style fan duct, and a side-mount BLTouch mount which mounts to the 713Maker Ultralight extruder carriage accessory holes. Feel free to ask questions if you encounter any issues or questions. I printed all parts in PETG for heat resistance with proximity to the hotend, but PLA may be fine as well. Notes: - Print fan duct at around 0.12mm layers - Print other parts at 0.2mm or so with 20%+ infill (extra walls help with rigidity)
