To prevent broken cologne vials, I turned to 3D printing and TinkerCAD for a solution. My design isn't complete as it doesn't fit most market sample vials; however, it was created hurriedly due to a busy maker lab open night. A fortunate accident is the notch in the lid, which reduces cap stress. The cap's friction holds it in place and its smooth texture helps it slide on. Share your adaptation of this design, and use Tinker CAD with 1mm wall thickness and 2-3mm bottom/top measurements. Buff any imperfections away with a Dremel for perfect results.
