This panel showcases vibrant decorations across three levels. At the bottom, a procession of ibises brings to mind the majestic landscape of the Nile. Amidst this scene, people engage in music and dance, possibly linked to the Navigium Isidis festival, held annually on March 5th when navigation resumes after winter's chill has passed. Meanwhile, atop the frieze, gods are depicted within shrines, while the sacred bull Apis proudly stands outside a portico on a raised podium. Dating back to 100 AD, this relief may well represent the courtyard of the Iseum and Serapeum located in the heart of the Campus Martius.
