Fragment of a stele-door from the middle of the 3rd century AD, discovered in Acmonia, Phrygia, on the western slope of the hill. The marble relic is now housed at the Musée d'Art et d'Histoire in Brussels, Belgium. A remaining section of the door frame bears three crowns, which are explained by an inscription found on this fragment and another aufre known through a copy but only unearthed in 1933. This individual's career began with administrative roles in the state archives and treasury before being appointed agoranome and strategist by both the council and people, as indicated by the Brussels fragment. The gerontia, or college of elder men, awarded a crown to the deceased for constructing the public weighing platform adjacent to the market he previously oversaw, which included a bureau of weights and measures.
