This scene showcases a triumphant procession: on the left, a litter carried by two men proudly displays a trophy made from enemy arms and two Parthian barbarians in chains; on the right stands a triumphal arch featuring male figures, likely musicians who accompanied the procession. The relief bears striking similarities to the coin series issued by Septimius Severus between 194-195 AD, strongly suggesting that it dates back to the early years of the Severan period. Another interpretation suggests a possible connection to Lucius Verus's triumph over the Parthians in 166 AD.
