I measure every project in inches and required a rapid printing solution for standard fractions and rod sizes, fitting perfectly within a tolerance of .002". Following each hole ended up being precisely .012" smaller in diameter than initially calculated. The build time clocks in at 0 hours and 13 minutes, the plastic weight comes out to be approximately 4.41 g (equivalent to just 0.01 lb), with material costs standing at a modest $0.20. Additionally, I added custom pegs that are .150" tall, while the total height of the printed piece reaches an impressive .200". The base plate boasts a standard dimension of 5/8" x 3.0" x 0.05", and can accommodate multiple rod sizes to meet various user requirements. Standard fractional diameters included in this design are: - 1/2" - 7/16" - 3/8" - 1/4" - 3/16" - 1/8"
