Fractal Recursive Branch Experiment
thingiverse
I'm incorporating three separate units which means fractalization isn't fully accurate, right? You see, there's a base unit Y that forms the foundation, accompanied by two lateral branching Ys on both sides - one left and one right. Now, I'm aware these lateral branching Ys slope at subtly distinct angles so when they venture outwards, there is definitely an opportunity for overlap within their outer limbs. As per progressive branches of varying scale, I recommend scaling them down approximately 85%. For structural integrity purposes, I've been relying on 1/4 inch orthodontic rubber bands to join these Y-shaped segments together seamlessly.
