Fractal lamp shade
thingiverse
I've always been captivated by fractals - straightforward formulas yielding boundless complexity. Inspired loosely by the Koch snowflake, I crafted this lamp shade as a replacement after carelessly damaging my Ikea Basisk lamp shade. The concept is centered around a base plane being replaced by nine smaller planes, each situated at varying depths. By repeating this process for nearly an infinite sequence of the smaller planes, you've essentially created a remarkable structure!
