This is a straightforward HDTV Antenna setup. I employed "100mm x 5M Pure Copper Foil EMI Single Side Conductive Guitar Shielding Tape" for the copper component. You can acquire this at ~10$ on banggood. Aluminium foil and glue stick will also work, but cutting them precisely might be more challenging. Consider removing the small index pins if they don't function properly. A screw fit is sufficient to keep everything aligned straight. Use M3 screws that match, I used M3x18 for this purpose. Additionally, you'll need a 75 to 300 Ohm UHF/VHF Matching Transformer, which can be obtained for just one dollar.
